All sales are final. A season pass is digital content that unlocks the moment you enter your license key, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges once it's been delivered.

If your key doesn't work

If your license key doesn't unlock the story, message us on Instagram at @twodoorstories or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email with the email you used to pay. We'll get you reading. If we can't fix it, you'll get your money back.
